Some facts about me: I\'m a full cycle recruiter with 12+ years of recruiting experience - worked in a startup, scale up and big tech. I have co-setup a new specialist pipeline at Meta that went from 4 opportunistic offers in 2020 to 48 in 2022 - 12x the volume! I’ve revamped the Engineering Recruitment process at Infobip and shortened TTH by 14 days. I’ve hired the most senior external Engineer ever in EMEA and APAC at Meta. Strong experience in mentoring and growing recruitment teams. Delivered training to 150+ Recruiters/Sourcers. Been interviewing and hiring TA experts for my team since 2015.
