As a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in coordinating and delivering complex, multi-technique analytical studies within GMP-regulated environments. Acting as the primary client contact, I manage all phases of project execution, from initial planning through data delivery and reporting.I bring together scientific expertise and commercial awareness to ensure each study is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on budget. Working closely with technical teams, quality specialists, and business development colleagues, I manage diverse studies spanning product development, stability programs, validation work, and regulatory support. My approach is built on a strong understanding of method lifecycles, outsourcing logistics, and the need for clear, proactive communication.Driven by continuous improvement, I apply LEAN principles and a Kaizen mindset to streamline processes and enhance operational performance. I take pride in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex data into clear plans, updates, and deliverables that add real value.I hold a master\'s degree in pharmaceutical development with business management and am currently pursuing PMP certification to further strengthen my leadership and project delivery capabilities.
