Manage team of seven accountants (2 managers 1 Senior and 4 Staff) Ensure timely and accurate month end close including year-end audit PBCs requests Rebuilt, trained and stabilized a new accounting team during a period of high turnover Prepare monthly inventory valuation, COGS and revenue recognition ASC 606 Responsible for monthly returns reserve and various reporting including GM analysis Partner with the FP & A team and department heads to monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and explain variances Ensure various balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled (AR, prepaids, fixed assets, Inventory etc.) Subject expert for ERP & WMS implementation project: NetSuite implementation & Deposco implementation. Go live in June 2022
