Develop and execute the company\'s financial strategy to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business objectives and to support the long-term sustainable growth of the company.Responsible for capital flow, budgeting and capital management to ensure the company has sufficient funds to support business operations and investment plans.Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, providing accurate and timely financial information to the company\'s management and investors, performing financial analysis and forecasting, and supporting decision making.Oversee and manage the company\'s risk and compliance matters, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, develop and implement internal controls to protect the company\'s financial interests and assets.Participate in the company\'s financing and investment decisions, build partnerships with investors and financial institutions, oversee capital market activities, and provide insight and advice on market changes and opportunities.
