I build executive & engineering teams at pre-IPO & enterprise technology companies across North America. I work primarily with founders & executives at Series B-E (pre-IPO) and acquired hypergrowth startups (with close ties to San Francisco) backed by Google/Andreessen/Sequoia & Instagram/Uber Founders, as well as several of the largest technology companies globally.Most are working on complex products involving SaaS, e-Commerce, big data, IoT, distributed systems, machine learning, computer vision, artificial intelligence and have some of the highest engineering standards, so this value proposition has resonated heavily with many top executives. I try to approach my profession as a modern technology consultant - continually learning as much as I can about the overall tech industry.Whether we’re talking about the newest server-side javascript framework, the best way to structure a seed investment round of startup financing, or anything in between, I consider all of these topics important to my job.My philosophy is that to achieve noteworthy success in our field, along with understanding the ins and outs of your client, you need to truly understand the technical side of the industry. Most importantly, you need to understand exactly what it is your client is actually looking for, from a technical perspective, and put yourself in the shoes of the hiring team.Leveraging passion and experience building web/mobile products, an analytical & inquisitive mind, as well as a strong understanding of product design & software engineering, I have been able to consistently demonstrate an ability to solve my clients’ most challenging needs.I pride myself on top notch KPIs which reflect this ability and my thorough approach.
