ABOUT ISAAC C DIAZ

I always have been a dreamer. I started as everybody (growing up in the 90s) wanting to have Power Ranger´s superpowers; eventually, I gave that dream up. When I was young, I devoted my life to art, thinking that the world needed a mirror to have a new perspective, yet somehow, I didn\'t feel I could do enough playing guitar or painting. I learned that to achieve all my dreams, I needed to do more, so I enrolled in architecture school, where I realized the magic of kinaesthetic empathy and the art of construction. I instantly fell in love with it and started my architectural journey.This path is still making me thrive, want to be more prepared, and have better tools for building dreams. Along this journey, I studied for a master\'s degree in architecture and several courses and certifications. I tried different work environments where I honed my real estate project management studies. What I love about real state project management is that it considers all preparatives like logistics, capital, resources, and legalities for a successful project; it gathers the information and shapes the necessities, limits the design and construction, and manages the execution. Everything in architecture, construction, and project management has created a fascination for reinterpreting my understanding of people\'s dreams. I am much nerdier than before; I enjoy methodologies and data, traveling and discovering different lifestyles and ways of living, learning from others’ processes and experiences, and I am emphatic. I try to understand people; I am more responsible and critical about using natural resources & environmental sustainability, and last but not least, I thrive doing what I do.
