Provided detailed updates on ongoing projects to customers.• Schedule and prepare for meetings with sponsor and Vendors and draft responses to questions from sponsor, TPOs and affiliates• Identify areas for improvement and streamline operational efficiencies. Identify potential risks associated with assigned projects and developed mitigation strategies including issue management, contingency planning and issue resolution.• Provide training and guide reginal and global study team members for study monitoring queries and issue resolution for the duration of project\'s life cycle.
