My team delivers intelligent, secure and scalable solutions that enable hybrid work and modern operations, grounded in Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 Contact Centre platform and wider solutions from multiple vendors.Over the past five years we’ve driven programmes that re‑architect voice, meetings and collaboration to create seamless experiences, improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation. We focus on outcome‑based delivery: resilient telephony, integrated contact centre capabilities, digital messaging, complimenting AI and user‑centred adoption that sticks.I mentor and develop a high‑performing group of technical consultants, championing engineering excellence, customer empathy and continuous learning.
