ABOUT IAN BRENNAN
Ian Brennan has over 25 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing in both the private and public sectors. Specifically, Ian has been involved in leading large scale, complex procurements in the IT Technologies, IT Solutions, IT Services, Telecommunications, Records Storage industries within in the public and private sectors. Ian has an undergraduate degree from University of Windsor, an Advanced Purchasing Certificate from Ryerson Polytechnic University, and a Project Management Certificate from University of Toronto. In 2001, Ian obtained his Certified Professional Purchaser (C.P.P.) designation from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada now known as the Supply Chain Management Association. Ian is currently the Senior Manager for the BDO/PPI Toronto office. In this role Ian is responsible for leading and coordinating and delivering procurement, fairness and management consulting engagements for both the public and private sectors for the Toronto office. Prior to joining PPI Consulting, Ian was an independent consultant, working primarily with the Ministry of Government Services. Before entering the public procurement space Ian worked in procurement in a number of roles within the following companies, Husky Injection Molding Systems, Direct Energy, Rogers, Pitney Bowes and Staples.
