As a Senior Director & Head of Learning - Europe at Visa, I have responsibility for internal staff development and client learning across Europe. The role is part of the global Visa University team set up to empower employees, partners and clients with the capabilities for success in digital payments. I am also the Europe Chair & Global Co-Chair of ViAble - Visa’s Accessibility Employee Resource Group. Its mission is to empower all Visa employees and their families with hidden and visible disabilities & support our clients, partners and charities on the accessibility agenda globally.
