Having Over 34 years experience in the plastic,s industry moulding various processes such as compression moulding,thermoset injection and thermoplastic injection moulding.Experienced with a vast range of materials and complex tooling core pulling,hot runners,cavity pressure transducers. Experience in different manufacturing techniques such as lost core and high speed running.Also experienced on leading projects eg took a hot foil printer that was sequentially printing cable ties at 400 p/h and increased output to over p/h. Played a major role in the automation removing the need for 11 operators reduced to 2 packers.
