ABOUT IAN SPENCELEY

I have spent almost 20 years working within the consulting industry after beginning my career in financial management. I have subsequently adapted these skills to focus on the delivery of new IT solutions with an emphasis upon Oracle ERP solutions and most recently Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications for financials and procurement. The breadth of experience across Oracle applications is a unique quality which I believe I bring to the projects I’ve been involved in.Core skills include:• Business analysis;• Process re-engineering;• Data migration;• Strategic advice and pre-sales;• Stakeholder management;• Solution architecture management; and• Business case development; Many of my most recent roles include taking responsibility for the finance and procurement solution design and leading a team of consultants in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
