I have 15yrs+ experience within analytics, with 3yrs in the direct marketing industry and 12yrs in the financial industry.My last 6yrs have been in management roles at Barclays and HSBC with expertise in both retail and commercial banking analytics.I have an excellent understanding of profitability and pricing models having led the pricing and analytics function for unsecured lending at Barclays.I am also adept at building scorecards whether it be for risk, attrition or debt propensity models.Having worked in a diverse range of analytical functions I have been exposed to a wide variety of analysts and stakeholders which has helped me develop my coaching skills along with my stakeholder management skills.
