ABOUT IAN KNOWLES
As a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 40 years of experience across the construction industry; and have a detailed grasp of the technical, commercial and strategic management necessary for the safe and efficient/cost effective delivery of infrastructure projects and work programmes. For the 15 years up to 2015, I held senior leadership positions in railway engineering and contracting businesses. Since leaving Rhomberg Sersa my recent experience has coalesced around winning work as either Bid or Commercial Director. The main areas in which I have worked include civil and mechanical engineering on infrastructure projects, industrial processes, and transport.
