ABOUT IAN JAMES CAMPBELL

I\'m a passionate leader focussed on people, processes and systems. I run EcoChemPro (UK) and I have a leadership role with EcoChemPro LLC in the U.S. In addition, I co-own Brilliant Hygiene Services Limited in the UK which I founded in 2014. My background is varied. I worked in the leisure industry for 15 years predominantly in Sales and Marketing before expanding my skills in the Media industry. In 2002 I had a career change and moved into Automotive Manufacturing, spending eight years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK working in quality engineering for a tier one supplier. My experience at Toyota gave me first class insights into six sigma methodology, as well as TPS and Lean Manufacturing. In 2008 I transferred to the Brewing Industry to work for a top 3 global brewer Molson Coors. Here I used my skills to support their drive to World Class Manufacturing status. At Molson Coors I worked with incredibly gifted teams on a number of WCM projects and spent time managing brewery operations. In 2014 I started Brilliant Hygiene Services to supply commercial cleaning services. Today Brilliant Hygiene employees over 70 people and serves clients in the Midlands and the North of England. My involvement with EcoChemPro LLC started in 2019 (prior to the Covid 19 outbreak). EcoChemPro pioneered the development of a hazard free, pH neutral, cleaner degreaser which is much kinder on the environment that heavy acidic and alkali cleaner products. We have an exciting future ahead of us as our products are now reaching global industries who are passionate about environmental sustainability and employee safety. It\'s a genuine honour to be involved with EcoChemPro. I\'m applying my skills and leadership experience to further systemise the business and support new and existing clients. Since I was first involved in the cleaning industry, I always knew there must be a safer way to work. Cleaning operatives are exposed to some nasty chemicals and often must wear heavy hazmat suits and other protective equipment to stay safe. Cleaning operatives work hard, often in harsh conditions for small or moderate rates of pay. Finding a product that they can use safely and that doesn\'t harm the environment has been a huge breakthrough. I feel truly privileged to be involved with EcoChemPro both in the U.S.A and the U.K. I\'m passionate about sharing EcoChemPro with the wider world and working with clients to keep their people safe in clean and organised spaces.
