As a TEC Canada Chair (Executive Coach) and former Partner at PwC, I’m dedicated to helping Calgary’s CEOs and business owners elevate their leadership and achieve sustainable growth. During my time at PwC, I worked closely with several TEC members and saw firsthand how the peer advisory model empowered them to excel both personally and professionally. This inspired me to become a TEC Chair, where I now guide high-performing leaders who are committed to personal and professional excellence.With over 25 years of experience, I served as a trusted business advisor to Calgary-area businesses, assisting them in building credibility in financial reporting and navigating complex accounting, tax, and business challenges. I led PwC’s Private Company Services team in Alberta and supported companies across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, junior oil and gas, and more.Today, I leverage this expertise to help CEOs in Calgary and beyond focus on what’s essential for long-term strategy and growth. My group is a dynamic network of peers dedicated to supporting each other’s success and achieving new levels of performance.I’m also actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Bethany Care Society and the audit committee of the Calgary Stampede Foundation.
