ABOUT LORNA JOHNSTON
Lorna is a seasoned business owner with over two decades of experience, integrating the psychology of Transactional Analysis with her business expertise to help executives achieve greater success, enhance their confidence in leadership, and find more satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. She founded The Change Institute in Europe after a successful career in human resources at a global company driven by the belief that exceptional business success stems from human transformations within leadership. Lorna\'s mission is to help leaders and their teams understand their intrinsic motivations and develop the confidence to be authentically themselves. She emphasizes that one of the most challenging tasks for leaders is to deeply acquaint themselves with their inner core and manage their relationships with themselves and others. She believes that self-awareness is crucial for the healthy dynamics of teams and successful leadership. The Change Institute provides leaders with unique opportunities to cultivate this self-awareness, which is often considered a key differentiator in effective leadership. The flagship program at The Change Institute,\"Leadership from the Inside Out,\" is a comprehensive 10-month program consisting of 10 days of intensive development. This program is designed to help leaders realize their full potential and acquire the necessary skills and competencies to effectively manage the human elements essential for future success. In addition to her work with The Change Institute, Lorna has served as a TEC Canada Master Chair for nine years. In this role, she facilitates a peer advisory group for Presidents and CEOs, where they explore what it means to embody the essence of high performance, which includes trusting, connecting, caring, and daring. Through this group, leaders learn both the art and science of making their highest contributions to their peers and their organizations.
