The Manager of Advisory Consulting has responsibility for the performance of advisory consulting. Primarily, the Manager leads a team of program managers in order to help clients meet their key overall business objectives through structured advisory relationships. Job Responsibilities: • Manage a highly motivated team of program managers (PMs). This includes:o Drive achievement of team revenue under management (RUM) targets.o Assign new advisory accounts to PMs.o Train new PMs on the advisory business and PM responsibilities.o Conduct performance reviews of PMs.o Motivate and encourage the career development of PMs.• Promote and support advisory offerings. This includes:o Educate the sales channel on structured advisory capabilities and offerings.o Collaborate with analysts to define, develop, and promote structured advisory offerings. o Partner with account managers to educate clients and prospects on the value of advisory consulting.• Partner with the Advisory leadership for strategic planning.o Manage the reporting process for done and reserved, available, and expired advisory.o Partner with organizational leadership to resolve client delivery issues.o Achieve a quarterly bookings goal in partnership with the sales organization.o Achieve quarterly revenue goals in partnership with the research organization.
