ABOUT BETH PERLMAN

Raising the bar has been a driving force throughout my career and continues to inspire and motivate me and those around me. For 20+ years, I\'ve led teams and significant initiatives for some of the world\'s most recognizable companies by blending technology into the business to enter new markets faster, improve performance, and transform the business. Leading large teams across various industries has allowed me to be creative, push aside the status quo and encourage everyone to move their area of the business forward with confidence. From strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and identifying and implementing technology, I step back, listen, understand, collaborate and execute boldly. As Managing Director, Chief Information Officer Advisor at Think, I bring a fresh and varied perspective to clients focused on improving their businesses by considering the power and ways technology can drive how their products and services are delivered. I believe this kind of insight positively influences how medium and large mid-market companies fuel their growth, talent attraction, and retention and strengthen their bottom line. Think Systems Inc. is a national management consulting firm that helps medium and large mid-market companies with organizational solutions and strategic hiring. Before joining Think, I was a vice president and program director at Gartner, a global technology research and management consulting firm. At Gartner, I was responsible for working with Fortune 200 C-level executives examining how business models evolved as technology is woven ever more deeply into the products and services sold. My focus was on the Research Board, an international think tank dedicated to the issues confronting the world\'s largest corporations. Early in my career, I worked at major Wall Street firms, including JP Morgan, Kidder Peabody, and Lehman Brothers, and was responsible for systems ranging from Corporate Financial systems to back-office trading accounting systems to derivatives front, mid and back-office technology.
