Having been a solution architect for almost 30 years of applying rapidly evolving technologies to solving business problems. I figured it was a change to try something almost completely new. While I still apply technology to develop solutions, I am now also accountable for budget, quality, timeliness and sustainability. I lead a development team that will extend industry leading content management platforms to provide a seamless document context to accelerate business processes and improve outcomes. I do this by designing highly reusable shared services that maximize capabilities, empower tenants and cut overall TCO. I recognize that business documents represent much more than a checkbox for minimal regulatory compliance: When designed and packaged properly, documents represent one of the most valuable customer touchpoints for Insurers. This is how I am re-imagining how we generate, distribute, capture and manage documents throughout their lifecycle. Having designed the foundational document management system and integrated claim and policy management processes, the team I lead is moving ahead to design a customer-centric document creation platform and omni-channel document distribution platform as a foundational enabler for customer engagement, aas a foundational pillar of our customer experience, we prioritize content creation in the hands of front line professionals, marketing experts, legal, compliance and business leadership to drive value and accelerate our go to market strategies. My teams exciting vision to gain hidden value from our business documentation continues to break down silos across our Cx teams and accelerate our digital transformation.
