ABOUT IAN BULMAN

I am an experienced, multi-skilled, adaptable and tenacious Product Owner and Business Analyst with extensive Blue Chip experience gained across LifeScience; FinTech, E-commerce, and Retail domains who has worked on a vast range of Agile Product, Step-Change; Continuous Improvement, and, Transformation initiatives. During my career I have been involved in successful delivery of new Clinical Trial platforms for AstraZeneca; a new commercial Fraud Detection product at Worldpay; numerous customer proposition changes for Tesco.com and major transformations affecting Tesco\'s Transport and Logistics operation, amongst many other initiatives, large and small. Collaborating with colleagues, external partners and stakeholders, across different levels of seniority, most recently working closely with Senior Directors and Heads of Function. I offer a breadth and depth of soft and technical skills, having Agile and Lean Six Sigma certification; an educational background in strategy, marketing and human behaviours; and a grounding in software engineering. I have led cross-functional Scrum Teams, and also teams of Business Analysts and Product Owners, often applying my experience in Lean Process improvements and Agile, to turn around, and improve team and individual performance.Throughout my career I have taken on ownership of activities outside of my formal remit,\"getting my hands dirty\" in order to drive my teams onto success.
