ABOUT IAN B.
An anthropologist at heart, my research experience spans user research for agile software, international best practice in public participation, sustainability across the built environment, and digital planning. Communities- Affiliate member of RTPI - the (inter)national community of town and country planners- Member of UXPA - UK, the national community of user experience professionals. As a \'PhD to UX\' professional, I can apply the knowledge and insights from conversations with countless placemaking professionals in my current work, and equally wide diversity of use-cases.
