I gained hands-on exposure to order management, stock transfers, inventory verification, and digital documentation while observing the use of ERP systems, dashboards, and barcode tools for real-time stock visibility. I also led a team of interns in verification and documentation tasks, which enhanced my leadership and coordination skills. This experience not only helped me strengthen my knowledge of lean operations and supply chain management, but also allowed me to suggest improvements such as automation of order cycles and AI-driven inventory forecasting for better efficiency.

I hail from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where I completed my schooling and undergraduate studies. Growing up, I was actively involved in various events and developed a strong passion for sports, particularly volleyball and cricket. My enthusiasm for teamwork and leadership extended beyond sports, as I also volunteered in multiple activities, which shaped my ability to collaborate and take initiative.During my undergraduate journey, I undertook a project in Human Resource Management at TVS Mobility, gaining valuable insights and practical exposure over three months. This opportunity honed my understanding of people, organizational behavior, and HR practices. Later, as part of my postgraduate degree, I completed a three-month internship at TVS Mobility focused on the procurement process, where I developed hands-on experience in supply chain functions, vendor management, and procurement strategies. These internships collectively enhanced my professional outlook and gave me practical skills to complement my academic knowledge.I believe in treating people with respect and value building meaningful connections. While I avoid pushy behavior, I am always willing to go the extra mile to support those who are kind and genuine.
