WHAT I DO I help small business owners and corporate teams understand and use AI with confidence. Through training, talks and custom programmes, I remove the fear, simplify the language and make AI practical, strategic and values-aligned; boosting productivity while keeping the human touch intact. WHO I WORK WITH I support small business owners who want to bring AI into their marketing and operations, and corporate teams looking to upskill staff in practical, human-centred AI use. If you’re curious but unsure where to start, my training meets you at your level. HOW I DO IT I deliver interactive training workshops, professional talks, coaching, and custom GPT builds. My approach is hands-on and jargon-free. I demystify AI, simplify workflows, and give people the skills and tools they need to be more effective in their roles. WHY I DO IT Because AI is everywhere, but most people haven’t been shown how to use it effectively. I’ve seen how overwhelming and impersonal technology can feel, and I know how empowering it is when people learn to use AI to gain confidence, stay creative and work smarter. WHY ME I genuinely care; isn’t that where all good experiences start? I combine years of digital strategy and social media expertise with a deep understanding of AI tools and how real people use them every day. My style is fun, practical and human-focused. I don’t push hype; I build confidence and give people skills they can actually use.
