What if growing your money in the UK was as simple as a phone call?What if i could give you more interest on your money than the banks ever could?(not very hard to be honest)I am currently building up a portfolio of properties and i require investors. I buy smelly, run down properties and then bring them back up to a high standard. If you are interested get in touch.I am an Engineer Officer of the Watch and Electronics Engineer, currently serving as 4th Engineer with BP Maritime Services on crude and product carriers, large crude carriers and an LNG carrier. In total I have 6 years seagoing experience. My combination of marine engineering and electronic engineering qualifications has given me the practical mechanical and electronic skills to excel at fault finding and problem solving on a wide range of equipment and systems (See \"Projects\"). Another skill is supporting shore personnel in their execution of a wide range of dry dock activities (See\"Projects\"). In addition I have 18 months experience as a Navigation Engineer for Trident Offshore, specialist contractors to the offshore oil and gas industry, involved in rig moving and positioning (See \"Projects\"). The plant and equipment I work on includes purifiers; air compressors; engine room pumps; air dryers; oily water separator; incinerator; fresh water generation plant; boilers; generators; and the main engine. Geographically I have experienced N America (E and W coasts); S America (Brazil and Rio); Caribbean; Sidney; Singapore; Taiwan: India; The Gulf; Suez Canal; S Africa; Nigeria and the Mediterranean. I am passionate about leading small teams of engineers to maintain complex equipment, diagnose faults and implement effective solutions. When i am not out working at sea i am a dedicated property investor.
