Responsibilites: • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a team of dedicated Sales Program Managers, supporting them in guiding and shaping the development of a team of 45 sales reps. • Program Strategy and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute a comprehensive sales training curriculum, empowering graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in technology sales. • Talent Acquisition and Selection: Drive the recruitment and selection process for the Next Gen Sales Academy, identifying high-potential candidates who embody Dell\'s values and are passionate about pursuing a career in sales. • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to track the progress of program participants, providing feedback and guidance to ensure their continuous growth and success. • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the technology sales landscape, infusing the program with cutting-edge sales techniques and strategies. • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leaders and teams across the organization to develop and execute training sessions, workshops, and initiatives that enhance the sales graduates\' readiness and integration into the sales force. • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the Sales Graduate Program, regularly reporting on outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. • Career Pathing: Foster a culture of career development and advancement, guiding program graduates towards various sales roles within Dell Technologies based on their interests and strengths.
