I’ve taken on the responsibility of leading the national expansion of ADG Scribe, an AI-powered clinical transcription platform designed to streamline documentation for private practice doctors across India.In this role, I am focused on:• Go-to-Market Strategy: Developing and executing a city-wise rollout plan across metro and Tier 1/2 cities.• P&L Ownership: Managing revenue targets, budget planning, and ensuring operational profitability.• Team Leadership: Building and managing high-performance teams across Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success functions.• Strategic Partnerships: Driving adoption through collaborations with private clinics, wellness platforms, and pharmaceutical networks.• Product Alignment: Providing market insights and user feedback to the product and tech teams to enhance feature relevance and usability.• Customer Lifecycle Management: Overseeing end-to-end onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to ensure long-term value for doctors.This role allows me to combine strategic planning, on-ground execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable growth in the healthtech space.
