I\'m passionate about solving problems, and helping my customers define and meet their strategic objectives. My area of expertise is HCM/HR systems and operations. My focus is on finding effective value-driven solutions that provide a positive user experience, while meeting cross-departmental requirements (including legal, compliance and infosec). I\'ve worked in technology for the last 19 years, and with cloud/SaaS applications in a variety of capacities over the last 15 years; in leadership, consulting, sales & pre-sales, development and operational roles. The depth of my experience is in systems integration, and the breadth of my experience includes project management, business & technical process transformation, cross-functional solutions analysis and design, hands-on technical development, and sales strategy. I\'ve led teams consisting of internal, offshore and customer resources, ranging in size from just a couple to 30+ people. The days I look forward to most are the ones filled with fresh new problems to be solved, the more complex the better, where I\'m forced out of my comfort zone and have to learn as I go.
