ABOUT HUMA K.

I’m Huma Kiyani, a passionate and driven individual specialising in AI, data science, and digital innovation. Currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in AI and Data Science an undergrad at Manchester Metropolitan University, I am dedicated to leveraging technology to create impactful solutions that address real-world challenges. My journey reflects a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and community building. I’ve gained hands-on experience through opportunities with MI5 and EY Foundation, developing skills in programming, problem-solving, and designing user-focused solutions. In addition to my technical pursuits, I’m committed to empowering others. As Chair of HerTech Future Society, I actively support women in tech by fostering a collaborative and inclusive community. My role as an Income & Employer Partnerships Representative for EY Foundation\'s Youth Advisory Board allows me to amplify youth perspectives and advocate for meaningful change. I am also passionate about public speaking and mentorship. I’ve hosted panels, spoken at conferences on AI and DEI, and guided young people aspiring to enter the tech industry. My ability to connect with diverse audiences has helped me inspire others while continuously learning from them. I thrive in environments that combine creativity, innovation, and purpose. My goal is to contribute to projects that shape the future of technology while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.
