At CCEP led key projects incl implementation of Soft Drinks Industry Tax, Brexit Working Group, Risk Management Strategy and high profile litigation/arbitration. Member of the steering committee for Pension changes, large scale restructuring/change, e-commerce b2c initiatives and sale/acquisition relating to business.Started career as a lawyer working for Denton Wilde Sapte and Ashfords until moving in-house in 2006. Joined Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc in 2007 working in GB, Europe Group and European Supply Chain business units. In 2013, moved to Reckitt Benckiser plc working then in Health, Home and Hygiene products as Regional Legal Director for NEUANZ (UK, Northern Europe, Australia and New Zealand). Grew and established the Legal function and worked closely with the Management Team supporting significant growth and changes in the Region. Lead the legal strategy on the global execution of e-commerce initiatives for Reckitts until the move back to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as VP Legal for GB.
