This is why positioning executive candidates for high-level career roles and board seats is the sole focus of my firm. Whether working with individuals or providing corporate outplacement services for transitioning executives and teams, we provide a high-touch, bespoke level of service.As a self-identified enthusiast (i.e. nerd) for all things related to executive resume best practices, job search strategies, and board candidate positioning, I am also a regular speaker for podcasts, webinars, and live events for senior-level audiences. With the exponential growth of my firm in recent years, I now split my time between career industry thought leadership and the day-to-day management of the business. On a personal note, my husband of 15+ years and I raise our two boys on the Southern coast of Maine. Because both boys play competitive travel baseball and my husband is a youth baseball coach, you can assume that if I’m not at my desk I’m doing something baseball-related.
