Responsible for effectively managing complex and high value projects.Plans, designs, directs, and coordinates all activities of a designated project to ensure that Company and Customer goals and objectives of a project are accomplished to Company standards and resulting in exceptional customer experience.Provide continuity, follow-up, and project leadership for assigned projects from quotation (RFQ) through Customer Acceptance.Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (the contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.Conduct face-to-face meetings with Sales and Customer. Influence, coordinate and manage the activities and expectations of all project stakeholders including (but not limited to): Customers, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Training, and Support.Lead cross-functional teams without direct lines of responsibility and provide feedback to Senior Management on team member performance.Directly manage outside project vendors/installation contractors inherent to turnkey installations such as riggers, utilities builders, electrical and mechanical installation.Maintain a strong presence directly in all elements of the project and necessary visibility to all project contributors/stakeholders being present at key meetings, deadlines, and ensuring a strong understanding of all elements of the project.Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with company’s safety procedures. Elevate customer issues when required to the next level of management by partnership with account manager to manage the customer’s expectations.Manage and track all contract changes and issue variation orders/change order request.Responsible for machine acceptance and sign-off; along with customer milestone invoice sign-off.Conduct Project Closeout meetings designed to capture the highlights and lowlights of the project.Experience in the beverage and food industry for turnkey complete lines and standalone machine projects.Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.Drive productivity in project.Develop and Implement Risk Mitigation Plan(s).Experience in Project Management with green field projects and new production plants.Experience as a Project Manager using PMI methodology and PMBOK 10 knowledge areas (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement and stakeholder) and 5 process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing).
