Hugh Evans, Founder of the Company, has a greater range of experience than perhaps any other agent in the area. Since 1990 Hugh has successfully negotiated the purchase, sale, financing and development of real estate transactions totaling over $2.5 billion. In addition to being a real estate agent he has developed 15 homes in Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. Prior to being the highest producing agent at Partners Trust, Hugh, over the past 13 years, was recognized annually among the very top producing agents in the country at Coldwell Banker and then Prudential California Realty. Hugh currently is a Trustee and very active with Children\'s Institute, Inc.
