WORK HISTORY
Associate Partner @Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage & Acquisitions
11726 San Vincente Blvd, CA
As one of the first female partners at Partners Trust, it was a bold move back in 2010 to leave a very large, well known brokerage for a small, unknown brokerage in an extremely challenging real estate market. It was a bold move but also reflective of who I am in every way – an ambassador for clients, a fearless strategist and a negotiator who truly believes that every transaction should be a “meeting of the minds” with the end result being a glowing client testimonial.I am the product of a single mother, played ice hockey on the East Coast, handled a paper route at age 11 despite blizzards and I have never been afraid to gut a fish. I am also the mother of four and so understand the importance of hard work, managing expectations, true dedication and a passionate work ethic. I live by these moral codes of conduct every day and they always have served me well. After my paper route days, I spent much of my career in Manhattan working in the entertainment industry on the marketing and production of large industry events such as the Country Music Awards and Grammy Awards. Once I learned at the age of 22 how to properly manage Howard Stern, I realized that I could truly do anything I set my mind to…this has been and continues to be my journey.I am a graduate of Smith College and have been awarded by the Wall Street Journal / Real Trends as The Top Best Real Estate Agents Nationally, been featured by Super Agents Live and Top Agent Magazine and honored by Real Shift Radio. I am also incredibly active in the local community and schools (public and private) as well as the non-profit world working closely with The Rape Treatment Center, One Voice, Aviva and LA Family Housing just to name a few. I am committed to excellence in every thing that I do and believe that “little things done consistently create a major impact.”

ABOUT DANA CARTER CATALDI
Named by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends as one of the Top 250 Real Estate Agents for 10 consecutive years, Dana Carter Cataldi is a recognized influencer and industry expert. Since 2007, Dana has been building her business on repeat referrals, stellar reputation, glowing client testimonials and her bold and dedicated leadership. Although Dana has been featured by Super Agents, Top Agent Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine and Angelo Magazine, she is much less about the accolades and much more about relationships and client care. Inspired by the opportunity to share the joys of home, Dana transforms client partnerships into lasting friendships through her steadfast commitment and genuine devotion to her client’s goals. Her collaborative, “meeting-of-the-minds” approach ensures a smooth real estate transaction from start to finish and it’s safe to say that Dana’s candid, driven and loyal nature follows her wherever she goes. Having lived and worked on both coasts and traveled across the U.S, Dana has a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and values, as well as the shared connection people experience through life\'s many transitions. Formerly in marketing and communications at a leading radio production company, Dana began honing her communication skills and collaborative style while managing radio personalities like Howard Stern and working on such events as the Grammy and CMA Awards. Those experiences gave Dana the ability to help her clients successfully navigate the challenges that come up in the competitive Los Angeles real estate industry. She’s a powerhouse advocate who offers buyers and sellers the winning combination of expertise, transparency, and compassion. Aside from real estate, Dana is passionate about her community and has supported Beauty Bus, the UCLA Rape Treatment Center, One Voice, Aviva, Good+ Foundation, and LA Family Housing, to name a few. When she’s not giving back to the community or with clients, Dana enjoys entertaining and laughing with her husband, Owen, their six children, and their friends in their 1929 Spanish-style home in Westwood. As comfortable gutting a fish as negotiating a multimillion-dollar deal, Dana also recharges by heading out into the open ocean on a fishing boat or connecting with others during long beach walks. Dana is a graduate of Smith College and a consummate professional who continues to grow her referral base and ambassador pool with the closing of each transaction.
