ABOUT HUBERT DA COSTA

Educated at Leeds University, Hubert carved out a successful career in the FMCG sector, first at the sharp end of direct sales, thereafter advancing into Tier-1 and Tier-2 channel sales.His career evolved from managerial level, to Global Business Development and Alliances Director and then Vice President Channels EMEA with Sonus Networks, followed by the same role along with GM MEA region at NCR. After spending 4 years as VP & GM for EMEA, successfully establishing Cradlepoint internationally, Hubert joined Cybera as SVP and GM EMEA & APAC in August 2018, tasked with expanding this cloud based network and application services organisation internationally.Hubert has a ‘Go-Giver’ mindset and has achieved a stellar record of success with every organisation he has managed at a senior level. Leading from the front at all times with a clear vision and strategy, has enabled Hubert to build world class teams cooperating to achieve extraordinary results.A week in the life of Hubert Da Costa will see him meeting with the CEO of Nestle, Board Level Executives of Amazon, IBM, Vodafone and Ingram Micro, presenting keynotes at an international IT events for the likes of Microsoft, or closing a global enterprise deal with GSK, Tesco or Nando’s to name but a few.Away from work, Hubert is and avid horologist (watch collector), and life-long supporter of Liverpool Football Club. An occasional jogger, he prefers long rambling walks with his Chocolate Labrador Breitling, and cordon bleu cooking.
