With my most recent role as a Machine Learning Engineer at New Relic, I have 5+ years of analysis and development experience in an industry setting. My main focus has been the end-to-end pipeline in taking an ML model from conception to production using both Java/Kotlin and Python. I have a background in biochemisty and worked with multiple departments while at Vacasa as well as programming work for molecular biology labs while at University of Oregon.At Vacasa I was the primary data scientist working with the operations department and in my last few months I worked with the personalization team in Boise as well.
