Past experience includes CEO of Fields Construction Company, licensed General Engineering and General Contractor in California and Nevada. This firm evolved into HFA, Inc.(Howard Fields and Associates) which focus on the design of resorts and award winning hospitality projects often with extensive water works in the US and around the World. In the late 90\'s Howard became the CEO, President and Chairman of Viscomm, an AEC Software Firm with Clients including Kohler, Chevron, Hilton Hotels, Weyerhaeuser, DuPont Corian, Trammel Crow, CB Richard Ellis and Bank of America. That firm was subsequently sold to a publicly traded European Nasdaq Company. Returning to Architecture Howard lead a hotel project for CIM Group in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. He also represents KaiserAir in their expansion at the Oakland International Airport and Kona, Hawaii and continues his role as a lead designer for the Hilton in Niagara Falls, Canada. Since 2018 Howard lives in Montreal, Quebec, Canada where he heads Anomera, an advanced materials company as the President and CEO. Anomera produces a line of unique cellulosic biodegradable texturing powders to replace plastic and silica microbeads called ChromaPur for the cosmetic industry. Anomera also makes DextraCel for industrial applications. Howard has participated in the design, development and execution of over 500 projects worldwide over the course of 30 years. He has now returned to his roots in chemistry and passion for innovation of earth friendly business.
