Manages initiation of Operation Christmas Child annual web, print, and imprinted production requests through Communications and Quality Assurance. Consults with and prioritizes requests among (16) Operation Christmas Child Domestic teams. Manages the process of initiating and facilitating concept meetings, routing, mailings, inventory, budget, and delivery of all requests through Communications or Quality Assurance, ensuring on-time delivery. • Serves as the gatekeeper for incoming emails through the generic ministry email address. Develops messaging, ensures consistency across platforms, and leads the team to ensure donors\' questions and concerns are responded to promptly.• Develop effective public relations strategies for incidents and incoming correspondence, protecting and furthering the project\'s brand.• Maintain “highest-level” knowledge of Operation Christmas Child and activities, including a thorough understanding of past publications, resources, and campaigns. Manage consistency in messaging and maintain response guide database manual.• Serves as information liaison between Operation Christmas Child and other ministry departments and communicates initiatives, campaigns, and messaging to Donor Ministries, Communications, etc. • Facilitates open communication and understanding between Operation Christmas Child and Communications, Quality Assurance, Inventory, and Mail Room teams. Serves as a bridge within Operation Christmas Child sub-departments regarding the status of current jobs in production and helps prioritize requests.• Manages the selection, approval, orders, and distribution/fulfillment processes for Operation Christmas Child branded/imprinted marketing items to all Domestic Regional Offices, Volunteer Area Teams, and all applicable headquarters sub-departments.
