Business Analyst at Total Customer Satisfaction teamKey responsibilities- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the business needs and requirements- Analyzing the existing processes in the organization and systems to propose areas of improvement (ideas)- Defining and documenting the business requirements, specifications, and backlog needed to deliver a project- Communication facilitator between the users, development team, product owner, and the business- Work with the development team on testing and internal demos before presenting to the stakeholders- Provide support and assistance to any member of the team to remove impediments and deliver milestones- Design stories for the team and provide guidance on the priority of the work according to the business needs-Create and maintain product backlog along with the lead Product Owner-Participating in agile ceremonies for collaboration and support to the development team- Ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product backlog items- Actively engaging the stakeholders in case of assistance or need for clarification regarding the requirements and scope of the stories- Conducting acceptance testing and verifying that implemented features meet the defined criteria- Accepting or rejecting completed work items based on the agreed-upon criteria.
