As a member of the marketing team for Lafayette Village I help oversee the budget and where to allocate funds. Determine what platforms to marketing with. Help with design and creation of ads and promotional materials. Help promote Lafayette Village through social media, print, radio, event planning and execution. Manage a sq ft shopping center with 30 suites with strict adherence to annual budget. Find potential tenants for vacant space and help facilitate lease negotiations. I demonstrate skills in building management, employee supervision, communication,and marketing campaigns. Manage up to 4 staff at the center, including building maintenance and landscaping. Handle all budgets, tenant issues, renewals, inspections, and oversee all aspects of the centers day to day operations. I was Awarded with the 2014 Special Service Award for my outstanding service and dedication.
