That’s why I champion people-first leadership, coaching leaders to build confidence in managing people, fostering connection, and creating workplaces where every individual feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.With experience leading HR functions at senior leadership level, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of HR — from shaping people strategy, leading change, and driving culture, to coaching leaders through complex people matters. I’ve designed and delivered leadership development programs, led wellbeing and engagement initiatives, created “HR for Non-HR Leaders” workshops, and built people-first practices that drive business success.
