Experienced attorney and gaming regulator currently serving as Assistant Director of the New Jersey Racing Commission overseeing pari-mutuel wagering operations.Formerly served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, primarily handling casino and employee licensing pursuant to the New Jersey Casino Control Act. I conducted and coordinated investigations of licensing applications for individuals and corporate entities in the casino and sports wagering industries, and prosecuted violations of the New Jersey Casino Control Act before the Casino Control Commission and New Jersey Superior Court. I was the primary DAG assigned to the casino licensure of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and Bally\'s Atlantic City and the sports wagering licensure of the Meadowlands Racetrack, Monmouth Park Racetrack, and Freehold Raceway.LLM in Gaming Law and Regulation from UNLV William S.
