Leading a team of 15+ undergraduate students on the full mechanical design and manufacturing of an efficient, high-energy yield small-scale wind turbine to compete in the annual International Small Wind Turbine Competition (ISWTC) held at Hanze University in the Netherlands- Manufacturing various mechanical components of the turbine through processes including 3D printing, machining, woodworking, and soldering, contributing to the turbine’s overall performance and sustainable design- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Power, Controls, and Aerodynamics to ensure proper integration of subsystems- Manufacturing sustainable flax fiber composite blades to withstand 54 km/h wind tunnel speeds, as an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional glass-fiber
