Ho Tek is one of two Partners at Domus Inc. and has over 20 years of experience managing in the student housing asset class. He graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Information Technology Management. At 29, he was selected as a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award (Young Entrepreneur category) and the Junior Achievement Canada Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Ho has helped to guide Domus from 250 locally-managed rooms to a portfolio of over rooms and $500MM in student assets across Canada with their furthest reaching site in Kelowna, British Columbia. With their extensive experience with student housing, Domus helped to pioneer the extremely popular and ever-growing \'student investment condos\' servicing investors of the Sage, Ivy Towns and Solstice condominiums in southern Ontario. Ho is also a main shareholder and the President of Silicon North Real Estate Corporation and Eight Loop Inc, specializing in developing, owning and operating in the residential apartment building asset class with over $80MM owned assets under management within its portfolio. Using his experiences in real estate, he is always looking for innovative ways to provide trusted advice to his clients, investors, and partners.
