Lead Project Manager to PCI’s No. 1 Global Client; ensuring that their launch project requests, needs, and escalations are met. Collaborates with the Customer: Works with the customer to ensure that components and artwork changes are correctly applied, verifies pricing, and communicates any price variances with management. Reviews and approves internal customer-based specifications for packaging components and processes. Provides suggestions for packaging solutions in the areas of design and specification management. Plans, Organizes & Communicates: Creates comprehensive project plans and anticipates potential risks in advance. Thinks strategically and can translate project plans and issues into business language. Anticipates the impacts of current and future project phases and resolves issues proactively to ensure project success. Delivers Business Outcomes: Ensures the project team is aligned behind the same business outcome, understands the project\'s objectives and deliverables, and is clear on what they need to do to deliver against them. Ensures that the project is aligned with the overall business strategy. Drives Issue Escalation and Resolution: Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks, removes roadblocks that impede project progress, and drives issue escalation and resolution to ensure timely delivery of the project. Mentors and Supervises Project Managers: Provides guidance, coaching, and supervision to Associate Project Managers and incoming Project Managers. Helps them develop their project management skills and build their project management careers.
