Transitioned into this role following the acquisition of Pediatric Home Health (PHH+) on October 1, 2024, continuing to support pediatric home health private duty nursing recruitment across Texas and North Carolina-Recruit pediatric and adult nurses for North Carolina’s Raleigh office (including former Fayetteville territory) and multiple Texas markets, including Tyler, Austin, and Houston-Recruit RNs, LVNs with specialized experience in trach/vent, g-tube care-Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, credentialing, and offer coordination-Focus on hard-to-staff markets and high-acuity pediatric cases, collaborating closely with area Relationship Managers and teams-Maintain consistent communication with clinicians to ensure strong candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring process.
