Adelaide Oval is the premier stadium in South Australia and plays host to a number of International artists concerts and events including AFL, Cricket, ICC World Cup, NRL State of Origin and more.Achievements•Supervisor and mentor for new staff including agency workers whilst managing one of two bars for Gather Live where I supervised appx 25 staff.•Successful setup of event kiosks and bars under tight deadlines under 24 hours including AFL game (Port Adelaide v Carlton) followed by international soccer friendly (Matilda’s v China).Responsibilities•Pre event setup restocking and merchandising kiosks and bars whilst ensuring out of date produce is removed from point of sale.•Checking inventory and pricing is correct on Albert as what is advertised within the stadium. •Delivering benchmark level customer service and satisfaction by maintaining inventory levels at all times, ensuring fridges are stocked with cold beverages and faced up correctly.•Ensured a safe environment for all staff and patrons thorough responsible service of alcohol and ongoing cleaning and sanitisation of equipment.
