As a recruiter at IBM, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for the Google Operation Centre project, a strategic partnership between IBM and Google to provide cloud-based solutions and services. I leverage my technical background and industry knowledge to identify and attract talent for various roles, such as software engineers, cloud architects, data analysts, and project managers.Before joining IBM, I worked as a talent specialist at Xpheno, a specialist talent solutions company, for over two years. There, I successfully recruited candidates for various technical requirements for clients in different domains, such as financial services, telecommunications, internet/e-commerce, and engineering. I also developed and maintained strong relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors, and ensured a smooth and efficient hiring process. Some of my notable achievements include filling a large contract position for an e-commerce client in less than a week, increasing the referral rate by 15%, and receiving multiple positive feedbacks from clients and candidates.I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from CV Raman College of Engineering, where I acquired skills in programming, database management, web development, and software engineering. I am passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector. I am also a team player, a problem solver, and a communicator, who values collaboration, diversity, and excellence. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations I work with, and to help them achieve their vision and mission.
