Evaluation of Profit and Loss line items to track the journals to be posted on monthly basis.• Review of core expense accounts of clients.• Reviewing and analysing utility expenses along with preparing accrual journals.• Month on month and year on year analysis of utility expenses and providing reasons for significant changes.• Processing journal entry submitted by client (reclassification, accruals and intercompany, etc.) • Preparation of bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.• Reporting of monthly Account Receivable aging from 60 days and above.• Preparation of tracker of utilities of the client for further commentaries and review of accountants and leads respectively.• Preparation of Billed -Unbilled debtors report.• Review and approve SOUT (Sales order Report) on daily basis.• Reconciliation between DTR (Daily Transaction Report) and Zettle Portal (Portal for sales done) to findmismatches on daily basis and take necessary action to clear such mismatches.• Performing (Preparing Supports and Backups) of audit related query for Internal Audit on monthly basis as well as for External Audit - STAT AUDIT on annual basis.• Performed end-to-end GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) account management, including investigation of mismatches between PO, GR, and IR to ensure timely clearing and financial accuracy.• Conducted open item analysis and aging review to identify long-pending items, variances, pricing issues, duplicate postings, vendor disputes, and quantity mismatches.• Coordinated closely with procurement, AP, vendors and business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clear outstanding balances within defined SLA timelines.• Prepared and published weekly / monthly GRIR and open item dashboards and reports reflecting clearing progress, pending issues, region-wise insights, and materiality impact.
