Develop and lead a team of 7 Treasury professionals • Provide overall expertise and recommend best practice techniques in a wide area of subjects including cash management, transaction processing and execution, treasury systems and operations, reporting, and query/issues analysis and resolution • Coordinate with global and entity tax, controllership and legal to plan, arrange and execute recapitalizations, dividends, and restructurings • Responsible for short and long term liquidity and forecasting • Oversee credit and investing activities and monitor credit utilization • Internal controls owner for cash operations controls and SOX compliance • Act as the primary contact for applicable Accenture business services on all treasury and banking matters and work closely with business operating groups and finance leads in respective regions • SAP S4/HANA Treasury end state lead • SAP Analytics Cloud Global Treasury lead for descriptive and predictive analytics • In House Cash Intercompany Treasury end state lead • Develop and distribute quarterly financial reporting and analysis of Treasury related items for senior management • Execute, adhere and monitor compliance to Global Treasury policy • Collaborate with geographic expansion, finance advisory, acquisition and merger activities, and entity re-structuring efforts • Maintain good relationships with global core banks • Optimize cash assets held within business at all levels • Manage and advise on the execution, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting on a variety of treasury transactions • Manage all cash flows for intercompany loan program and intercompany bill settlement process, including intercompany loan staging and approvals, and ownership within treasury operations to track/monitor all intercompany loan positions globally • Manage interest income/expense and supervise reporting and analyzing all bank fees monthly • Understand and comply with internal control requirements and internal audit requests
